The forty-third question for the Q&A section of this blog is: “Who is the person most similar to yourself in the world?”
This is a pretty easy one. The person most similar to myself in the world is, without much doubt, Mike. The ways in which we are different are few, but they’re always important, because we tend to balance each other out perfectly in those regards…and otherwise, we are pretty much the same person. It is sometimes shocking how alike our thought patterns are, to the point that we often think the same thing at the same time, sometimes even in the same words, when the subject we’re thinking about feels completely random to both of us before we express it. It’s kind of amazing, and makes for an excellent friendship. We may not have everything in common, but the key elements that make us who we are are pretty in synch, and we’ve even got the same strange draw toward a certain location, that neither of us can explain. We’re simply soulmates; meant to be. I’m so glad I met him.
